Abstract
Tema ovog rada su konstrukcijski elementi sporookretnih brodskih motora. U radu su prikazani pokretni dijelovi brodskih motora te nepokretni dijelovi motora kao i stanje dijelova motora koji su podložni trošenju stoga ih je potrebno primjereno održavati. Posebno su obrađene košuljice cilindara. Brodski dvotaktni sporohodni motori izvedeni su sa stapnim mehanizmom i s križnom glavom te brtvenicom stapajice koja odvaja prostor koljenastog mehanizma od prostora ispirnog kolektora motora, a time i produkata izgaranja. Današnji motori zahtijevaju manje fizičkog rada oko održavanja, imaju manju specifičnu potrošnju goriva, manju potrošnju ulja i specijalnih dijelova te na taj način daju svoj doprinos očuvanju okoliša.
Abstract (english)
Main theme of this work is the structural elements two stroke low speed marine engines. This document explain motional and stationary parts of marine engines as well as the state of the engine parts that are subject to wear so they should be properly maintained. In particular, to address the lubrication that is important in order to avoid scuffing. Cylinder liners are described in special chapter. Two stroke low speed marine engines are made with reciprocating mechanism that has crosshead, piston rod and piston rod stuffing box, which separates the crank shaft mechanism of the engine from area of underpiston air receiver collector and thus also from combustion products. Today's engines require less physical work for maintenance, have a lower specific fuel consumption, lower oil consumption and use less of the special parts, thus contributing to the preservation of the environment.
