Abstract
Tehnologija 3D tiska je budućnost i prožima se u svim segmentima industrije. Brodarska industrija prati sve vodeće svjetske trendove u tehnologiji, pa tako i tehnologiju 3D tiska. Pričuvni su dijelovi neophodni u održivosti broda kao sustava i zauzimaju velik dio industrije, a prate i trendove novih materijala, skladištenja, izrade i dostave. Implementiranjem 3D tehnologije u industriju pričuvnih dijelova brodskog sustava cilj je skratiti vrijeme popravka brodskih sustava, za vrijeme dostave do broda, te smanjiti troškove skladištenja izradom dijelova po zahtjevu. Kao trenutno rješenje aditivne tehnologije, svojom jednostavnošću upotrebe i cijenom implementacije otkriva se tehnologija taložnog očvršćivanja. Praktični dio rada uključuje izradu jednostavnih modela tom tehnologijom.
Abstract (english)
3D printing technology presents the future and it expands all the segments of the industry. The shipping industry follows the entire world's leading trends in technology, including 3D printing technology. The spare parts are essential to the ship's sustainability as a system and occupy a large part of the industry, following the trends of new materials, warehousing, fabrication and delivery. By implementing 3D technology in the ship's spare parts industry, the aim is to shorten the time of ship system repairs by shortening delivery time to the ship, as well as reducing storage costs by producing parts on demand. This study has found fused deposition modeling technology to be a current solution to additive technology through using simple and inexpensive implementation. The practical part of the work is to make a few simple models with this technology.
