Abstract
Ljudske greške najčešći su uzrok pomorskih nesreća, a tehnološkim napretkom sigurnost plovidbe se povećava zahvaljujući uvođenju različitih sustava koji olakšavaju i ubrzavaju različite postupke u plovidbi. Na zapovjednički most uvedeni su „pametni“ automatizirani sustavi koji omogućuju nadzor sustava navigacije i strojarnice, ali i drugih sustava. Na izvođenje krucijalnih aktivnosti na zapovjedničkom mostu izravno utječe i njegova ergonomija te su tako doneseni zahtjevi za poboljšanjem ergonomije ne samo zapovjedničkog mosta, nego i strojarnice broda, da bi se minimalizirala mogućnost nastanka pogreške na brodu. Ovaj rad bavi se razumijevanjem aspekata nastanka ljudskih grešaka u pomorstvu s naglaskom na greške koje se pojavljuju kod tehnološki naprednijih brodova. Cilj rada je otkrivanje propusta koji dovode do nastanka greške i eliminacije istih.
Abstract (english)
Human errors are the most common cause of maritime accidents. The safety of navigation is increased due to the technological improvement by using various systems which facilitate and expedite different procedures in navigation. The navigation bridge nowadays is equipped with various automatic systems that enable the control of navigation and machine systems, and the other systems important to ship managing. The ship ergonomy directly affects the crucial activities in the navigation bridge and various conventions for improving ergonomy have been brought to minimalize the error possibility. The paper deals with understanding where on the boat the human errors can occur and exploring the lapses which lead to making mistakes, and also with an elimination of those same mistakes.
