Abstract
Učinkovite probne vožnje pružaju podatke za proračun performansi propulzijskog sustava. Ti podaci će također pomoći pri identifikaciji problema u sustavu koji mogu dovesti do potencijalnih problema u samom radu. Time se pomaže korisniku kako bi razvili rasporede održavanja i popravaka, čime se omogućava najekonomičnije i najefikasnije upravljanje. Pri provođenju normalnog ispitivanja, plovilo treba imati opterećenje koje je tipično opterećenju pri normalnom radu. Svi pomoćni sustavi se ispituju pod njihovim maksimalnim namijenjenim opterećenjima pri punoj poluzi goriva. (npr. generator, pumpa, kompresor, bočni potisnici). Nakon završetka probne vožnje uspoređuju se temperature i tlakovi te otklon koljenastog vratila obuhvaćenih sustava s vrijednostima tih parametara danima u TMI (engl. Technical Marketing Information) On-Line sustavu prikaza probne vožnje. Kod uporabe CAMPAR-a (engl. Computer-Aided Marine Performance Analysis Report) za analizu podataka izvještaj performansi morskih motora (PAR- engl. Performance Analysis Report) uspoređuje potrošnju goriva Caterpillar-ovog propulzijskog motora s originalnim tvorničkim specifikacijama za taj motor. Ova usporedba se provodi za cijeli raspon rada motora. Ako su dobiveni podaci potrošnje goriva i tlaka ispirnog zraka iz PAR testa, unutar prihvatljivih granica specifikacija opterećenja i izvedbe, to je naznaka da motor radi ispravno, te da je propulzijski sustav pravilno dimenzioniran.
Abstract (english)
Effective trial reports provide data for the performance calculation of the propulsion system. These data will also help in identifying system problems that can lead to potential problems in the operation itself. This helps the user to develop maintenance schedules and repairs, enabling the most economical and efficient management. When performing a normal test, the boat should have a load that is typically loaded at normal operation. All auxiliary systems are tested under their maximum intended loads at maximum fuel index. (e.g. generator, pump, compressor, side thrusters). After the test run is completed, the temperatures and pressures are compared and the crankshafts of the covered systems are compared with the values of these parameters given in the TMI On-Line test run display system. When using CAMPAR for data analysis, the marine engine performance report (PAR) compares the Caterpillar's propulsion engine fuel consumption with the original factory specifications for that engine. This comparison is carried out for the entire engine range. If the fuel consumption and air intake pressure data obtained from the PAR test, are within the acceptable limits of the load and performance specifications, it is the indication that the engine is operating properly and that the propulsion system is properly dimensioned.
