Abstract
U ovom završnom radu, detaljno će se proučiti i objasniti investicije u pomorskom turizmu. Pomorski turizam, jedan od najstarijih I najrazvijenijih grana turizma u Hrvatskoj zahvaljući njenoj geografskoj poziciji, klimi I pristupaćnoj obali predstavalja dominantu granu pomorskog turizma. Koristeći različita istraživanja provedena u prethodnim godinama, vidjet ćemo različite potrebe gostiju koja se mijenjaju iz sezone u sezonu. I pokušaje nautičke infrastructure da te potrebe zadovolji različitim investicijama, kako u marinama, svojoj ponudi tako I u samoj izgradnji brodova kao I poteškoće na koje nailaze u neprekidnoj utrci nautičkih konkurenata.
Abstract (english)
In this final work, investments in maritime tourism will be observed and explained in detail. Maritime tourism, one of the oldest i developed branches of tourism in Croatia thanks to it geographic position, climate, easily accessible coast present dominant branch of maritime tourism. By using various researches conducted previous years, we will see different needs of the guests which change from season to season. And attempts of nautical infrastructure to satisfy those needs with different investments, as in marinas, so in design of the ships itself, and difficulties that arrive I neverending race of nautical competitors
