Abstract
Unatoč modernim tehnologijama, porast pomorskog prometa doveo je i do porasta pomorskih nesreća. S obzirom da je potpuno sprječavanje istih teško izvedivo, naglasak se stavlja na proces spašavanja u slučaju nesreće. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati kratki povijesni i zakonski pregled pomorske sigurnosti, obraditi metode spašavanja, opremu za i pri spašavanju te se osvrnuti na tri pomorske nesreće brodova različitog tipa duge plovidbe te tijek misija spašavanja na istima.
Abstract (english)
Despite modern technologies, rise in the frequency of maritime traffic resulted in the rise of maritime accidents as well. Considering the fact that it is practically impossible to prevent all sea accidents, the accent is put on process and methods of rescue in case of an accident. The aim of this paper is to show short historical and law review of maritime safety, to discuss methods and equipment used in maritime rescue missions and to research three separate sea accidents of different types of long distance ships as well as development of rescue missions on them.
