Abstract
Europski kontinent je oduvijek bio predvodnik, a danas ključni subjekt u trgovini i povezivanju sa drugim zemljama Svijeta i razmjeni dobara. Europa je važna u povezivanju Istoka i Zapada i ima važnost u rastu vodećih svjetskih ekonomija. Kako bi zaista postojala mogućnost ostvarenja tako velikog društvenog i opće ekonomskog napretka i integracije europske makroregije potrebno je bilo razviti i ostvariti strategiju prometnog povezivanja Europe pomorskim i unutrašnjim plovnim putevima. U vrijeme visokog tehnološkog razvoja nužno je ostvarivanje zadanih ciljeva u pogledu prijevoza dobara i sirovina najekonomičnijim, najdinamičnijim i najsigurnijim prometnim putevima i sredstvima. Potrebna je početna analiza uzroka i posljedica na realnom sustavu za predodžbu izvedivosti novog modaliteta prijevoza.
Abstract (english)
European continent has always been a leader, and today is a key element in merchandise and connection with the rest of the World, as well as trading goods. Europe is important in term of connecting East and West and has importance in growth of leading world economies. For such possibility of accomplishing a huge social and economic development and integration of European macroregion to exist, it was necessary to develop and implement a strategy for connection of Europe by means of sea and inland water connections. In the times of rapid technical growth, fulfilling the planned goals in terms of transportation of goods and materials using the most economic, dynamic and the fastest traffic routes and means of transport is mandatory. A thorough, fresh- start analysis of causes and consequences on real system for clarifying the feasibility of new mean of transport.
