Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu analizirane su norme koje se koriste za sustave upravljanja kvalitetom, ISO 9001:2008 i ISO 9001:2015 s detaljnim objašnjenjem i pojašnjenjem sadržaja, zahtjeva i izmjena koje su se dogodile pri reviziji. Opširno se obuhvatio pojam međunarodne organizacije za normizaciju te ISO 9001, najpopularniji i najčešće korišteni standard za sustave upravljanja kvalitetom u svijetu, da bi se shvatila ozbiljnost ove organizacije i norme koja je analizirana. Također je prikazan razvoj norme ISO 9001 od nastanka pa do danas. Nadalje, korištenom literaturom opisano je što je dovelo do revizije norme, koje su ključne promjene te kakve učinke te promjene imaju na korisnike. Cilj je istaknuti razlike između dvije spomenute norme te je izvesti zaključak o značajnoj promjeni koja se dogodila pri zadnjoj reviziji i napretku koji će ona donijeti.
Abstract (english)
In this graduate paper two standards which are used for quality management systems, ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 9001: 2015 are analyzed with detailed explanation and clarification of the content, requirements and changes that have taken place in the audit. An international standardization organization and ISO 9001, the most popular and commonly used standard for quality management systems worldwide, are described. The development of ISO 9001 has also been presented since its inception. Furthermore, the literature is used to describe what led to a revision of the standard, which are key changes, and what effects these changes have on users. The aim is to highlight the differences between the two standards mentioned above and to draw a conclusion on the significant change that has taken place in the last revision and the progress it will bring.
