Abstract
Grupu čini skup pojedinaca koji su u međusobnoj interakciji i koji utječu jedni na druge, koji su povezani zajedničkim ciljem i koji sebe smatraju članovima grupe te ih drugi tako doživljavaju. U grupi je važna uspješna komunikacija, odnosno uspješno prenošenje poruke od jedne do druge osobe. Članovi grupe koji su povezani zajedničkim ciljem i koji intenzivno surađuju kako bi postigli taj cilj, odnosno ispunili određene radne zadatke čine zapravo radni tim. Za uspješno funkcioniranje tima bitna je uloga vođe. Pomorci koji rade na brodovima pripadaju specifičnom radnom tipu, ali u kojem je iznimno važno da postoji timski rad. Rezultati timskog rada na brodu ovise o internoj i eksternoj podršci, jasnim ciljevima, dobroj komunikaciji i uzajamnom povjerenju te vještini upravljanja. Nedostatak komunikacije, komunikacijski nesporazumi, sukobi na brodu i neadekvatno vodstvo radnog tima mogu dovesti do ugrožavanja sigurnosti broda, tereta i samih pomoraca.
Abstract (english)
The group consists of a few individuals who are interacting and influencing each other, which are connected by a common purpose and who consider themselves members of the group and for others viewed that way. For the group is important successful communication, which means successful transfer of messages from one person to another. Members of the group who are connected by a common goal and who work together intensively to achieve this goal and fulfill certain tasks actually make a working team. For the successful functioning of a team is essential role of a leader. Seafarers working on ships belonging to the working type who is quite specific, but in which it is extremely important that there is teamwork. Results of teamwork on board depend on internal and external support, clear goals, good communication and mutual trust and skill management. Lack of communication, communication misunderstandings, conflicts on the board and inadequate leadership working team can lead to compromising the safety of the ship, cargo and seafarers themselves.
