Abstract
Distribucija Pomorskih sigurnosnih informacija (engl. Maritime Safety information – MSI) važan su dio i podsustav Svjetskog pomorskog sustav za pogibelj i sigurnost (engl. Global Maritime Distress and Safety System - GMDSS). Ustroj distribucije MSI putem terestričkih sustava obveza je pomorske države koja ima teritorijalno more. Jahte kao učestali pomorski entitet na Jadranu nisu obvezne imati GMDSS opremu, ali nautičari imaju potrebe kao i profesionalni pomorci za ažurnim Pomorskim sigurnosnim informacijama.
Abstract (english)
Distribution of Maritime Safety Information (MSI) is an important part and subsystem of the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS). The structure of MSI distribution through terrestrial systems is the responsibility of a maritime state that has a territorial sea. Yachts as a frequent maritime entity in the Adriatic are not required to have GMDSS equipment, but boaters have the same needs as professional seafarers for up-to-date Maritime Safety Information.
