Abstract
U radu se istražuju strateški planovi kojima će se definirati misija i vizija marine. Strateško planiranje omogućava organizaciji odrediti smjer u kojem će se kretati. Ključan zadatak strateškog planiranje je ostvariti zacrtane ciljeve. Osnovni cilj nautičkog turizma u svrhu njegovog razvitka u pravilu bi trebalo biti održivo korištenje i upravljanje resursima te razvitak destinacije kao temelj za daljnji razvitak samog nautičkog turizma. Dobra poslovna performansa marine stvara visoku učinkovitost, dostizanje ciljeva i prekoračenje postavljenih očekivanja koja se odnose na produktivnost, kvalitetu, usluge korisnicima i rast profita.
Abstract (english)
The study researches strategic plans that will define the mission and vision of the marina. Strategic planning will allow the organization to determine the direction in which it will move. The key task of strategic planning is to achieve the set golas. The main objective for the further development of nautical tourism itself should be the sustainable use and management of resources and the development of the destination. Solid bussines performance by the marina creates high efficiency, achievement of goals and exceeding set expectations realted to productivity, quality, customer service and profit growth.
