Abstract
Cilj diplomskog rada su projekti rješavanja globalnih strateških kriza. Kriza je stanje sporenja mišljenjâ ili konflikta koje završava donošenjem nekoga konačnoga suda, odnosno odluke. Globalne strateške krize su pojave koje još nemaju odlučujući utjecaj na trenutačni život, poslovanje, djelovanje, ali će ga imati u bližoj ili daljnjoj budućnosti. Te krize ne utječu samo na organizacijske sredine kao što su poduzeća, nego utječu i na razvoj država te na čitav svijet. Strateškim krizama ih se smatra zbog neostvarivog potencijala uspjeha, izostanka odgovarajućih znanja, proizvoda, usluga, tržišta kupaca. Projektni menadžment i mogao biti učinkovit i uspješan u procesu projektnog svladavanja globalnih strateških kriza. Za rješavanje globalnih strateških kriza potrebno je stvaranje globalnoga projektnog društva svjesnog što utjecaji globalnih strateških kriza znače za razvoj i opstanak čovječanstva.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the graduate thesis is to tackle global strategic crises. The crisis marks a crucial or decisive point or situation, a critical moment, a breakthrough moment, a turning point. Global strategic crises are phenomena that do not yet have a decisive impact on current life, business, action, but will have it in the near or in the future. This crisis affects only organizational environments such as enterprises, but also affects the development of states and the world as a whole. Strategic crises are considered to be due to the unavoidable potential for success, lack of relevant knowledge, products, services, and customer markets. Project management could be effective and successful in the process of mastering global strategic crises. To address global strategic crises, it is necessary to create a global project society mindful of the implications of global strategic crises for the development and survival of mankind.
