Abstract
Pod pojmom institutske klauzule podrazumijevaju se standardne ugovorne klauzule pomorskog osiguranja koje publicira Savez londonskih pomorskih osiguratelja. Postoje kompleti institutskih klauzula za sve najvažnije oblike pomorskog osiguranja. Posebna klauzula postoji za svaku tipičnu kategoriju predmeta pomorskog osiguranja za osiguranje brodova, robe i vozarine. Postoje posebne klauzule za osiguranje pomorskih rizika i posebne za osiguranje ratnih rizika i rizika štrajka. Institutske klauzule povremeno se revidiraju. Značajna revizija bila je 1983. godine od kada su se institutske klauzule počele koristiti u novoj pomorskoj polici. Daljnja revizija bila je 1995. godine kada su se institutske klauzule prilagodile novim trendovima u pomorskom gospodarstvu. Prijašnje klauzule zamijenjene su novim klauzulama pod imenom International Hull Clauses iz 2003. godine koje predstavljaju suvremenu i poboljšanu verziju prethodnih klauzula.
Abstract (english)
Under the term institute clauses are the standard contractual clauses of maritime insurance published by the League of London Maritime Insurers. There are sets of institute clauses for all the most important forms of maritime insurance. There is a special clause for each typical category of maritime insurance for ships, goods and freight. There are special clauses for maritime risk insurance and special for war risk insurance and strike risk. Institutional clauses are periodically revised. Significant revision was in 1983 since the institute clauses began to be used in the new naval shelf. A further revision was in 1995 when the institute clauses adapted to new trends in the maritime economy. The previous clauses have been replaced by new clauses under the name of the International Hull Clauses from 2003 which represent a modern and improved version of the previous clauses.
