Abstract
Međunarodna organizacija za standardizaciju (ISO) svojim standardima poduzećima uvelike olakšava poslovanje. Standardi su u poslovanju prisutni kako bi osigurali da sve funkcionira. Globalizacija, razvoj tržišta i industrija te sve brže odvijanje poslovnih procesa u organizacijama zahtijevaju standardizaciju i normizaciju te je nameću u prvi plan svake ozbiljne organizacije današnjice. Cilj ovog rada je povećati svijest i znanje o sustavima upravljanja kvalitetom svih onih koji sudjeluju u radu organizacija, a naročito onih koji imaju upravljačku funkciju.
Abstract (english)
International Organization for Standardization greatly helps companies in business with their standards. Standards are present in business to make sure everything works. Globalization, development of markets and industries, and faster development of business processes in organizations require standardization which became one of the imperatives of every serious organization today. The aim of this paper is to increase awareness and knowledge about management quality systems of all those involved in the work of organizations, especially those who have management functions.
