Abstract
U radu se obrađuje tema osoba s fizičkim ograničenjima i radno mjesto. Naime potrebno je istaknuti kako je tjelesno ili fizičko oštećenje uži pojam od invaliditeta. Kod tjelesnog oštećenja gube se tjelesne, ali ne i druge funkcije, pri čemu dolazi do gubitka ili značajne onesposobljenosti određenog organa ili dijela tijela. Cilj rada je definirati i objasniti značajke radnog mjesta te će se detaljno istaknuti na koji način poslodavci trebaju prilagoditi radna mjesta za osobe s fizičkim ograničenjima. Naime, tijekom izrade rada i pregledom relevantne literature došlo se do poražavajućih podataka kako je vrlo mali postotak zaposlenih osoba s fizičkim ograničenjima, unatoč zakonskim sankcijama. Od 1,4 milijuna zaposlenih samo je 17.000 osoba s invaliditetom. Radna mjesta koja su specifična za rad na brodu i u pomorstvu su vrlo zahtjevna, i potrebna je potpuna fizička sprema. Osobe s fizičkim ograničenjima mogu obavljati poslove u administraciji neke pomorske agencije, lučke kapetenije i sl. gdje će se prilagoditi radno mjesto ovisno o stupnju fizičkog ograničenja.
Abstract (english)
The paper deals with the topic of persons with physical limitations and workplace. It is important to emphasize that physical or physical harm is a narrow concept of disability. In the case of bodily injury, there is loss of body but not of other functions, resulting in loss or significant disability of a particular organ or part of the body. The aim of the paper is to define and explain the features of the workplace and to detail in detail how employers should adapt jobs for people with physical constraints. Namely, during the work and review of the relevant literature, some data have been found to be a defective record as a very small percentage of employed persons with physical constraints, despite legal sanctions. Of the 1.4 million employed and self-employed in the country, there are only 17,000 people with disabilities. Workplaces that are specific to shipboard and nautic work are very demanding and require complete physical traning. Persons with physical limitations can perform tasks in the management of some naval agencies, port captains, etc. where they will adapt the workplace depending on the degree of physical limitations
