Abstract
U radu se istražuje okolina i promjene u industriji marina pri čemu se posebno sagledavaju utjecaji tržišta na razvoj novih marina i postojeće infrastrukture u Republici Hrvatskoj. Rast potražnje za nautičko turističkim sadržajima u Hrvatskoj nameće potrebu za modernizacijom cjelokupne ponude marina, te se javlja potreba za novim marinama koje mogu zadovoljiti novu skupinu potrošača na nautičkom tržištu.
Abstract (english)
This work explores the surroundings and changes in the marina industry where the special effects affect on developing new marina and existing infrastructure in Croatia. Growing demand for nautical tourism facilities in Croatia imposes the need to modernize the entire offer marina so there is a need for new marinas that can meet a new group of consumers in the nautical market.
