Abstract
U ovom radu opisan je rashladni sustav za očuvanje živežnih namirnicana brodu. U prvom dijelu rada definira se osnovna zadaća i podjela rashladnih brodskih sustava te štetnom djelovanju freona. Nadalje, u drugom djelu rada opisan je teoretski proces rada brodskog rashladnog sustava, slučaj suhog usisavanja rashladnog sustava, utjecaj pothlađivanja na iskoristivost rashladnog sustava. U trećem dijelu rada opisuju se dijelovi rashladnog sustava gdje bi kao najvažnije istaknuo kompresor, izmjenjivače topline unutar rashladnog sustava i termo ekspanzijski ventil.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with a refrigerating system for the preservation of food onboard. In the first part of the paper main task types division of marine refrigeration system are described and the harmful effects of freon. Furthermore, the second part of the work described theoretical work process marine cooling system, the case of dry vacuum cooling system, the impact of hypothermia on the efficiency of the cooling system. In the third section describes the parts of the cooling system where the most important pointed compressor, heat exchangers inside the cooling system and the termal expansion valve.
