Abstract
Rastom i razvojem društva te povećanjem gospodarskih aktivnosti, vrši se sve veći pritisak na okoliš čime se iscrpljuju dostupni resursi, stoga je od izuzetne važnosti prepoznati modele održivog i ekološki savjesnog upravljanja okolišem. Predmet ovoga rada jest sažeto prikazati primjenu ekološkog sustava upravljanja u pomorstvu, kao i temeljne certifikate na međunarodnoj razini određenih ISO 14001. Cilj istraživanja jest utvrditi optimalne metode primjene i implementacije sustava upravljanja ISO 14001 u pomorstvu. U radu se sagledavaju temeljna načela održivog razvoja i gospodarstva, pri čemu se zasebno razmatra Agenda 21, temeljni međunarodni dokument vezan za prioritete održivosti i ekološkog razvoja kroz menadžment ekološkog razvoja.
Abstract (english)
Growth and development of society as well as increasing economic activities place tremendous pressure on the environment and deplete available resources, so it is extremely important to recognize models of sustainable environmental management. The subject of this paper is to show the application of the environmental management system in shipping, as well as basic certification at international level certain ISO 14001. The objective of the research is to determine the optimal method of application and implementation of the management system ISO 14001 in shipping. This study presents the basic principles of sustainable development and the economy, with the private considers Agenda 21, the basic international document on the priorities of sustainability and environmental development through the management of the ecological development.
