Abstract
Unutar rada proučavat će se unutarnji i vanjski čimbenici koji utječu na oblikovanje organizacije, analizirat će se organizacijska struktura, njezine pozitivne i negativne strane, kao i mogućnosti promjene ili poboljšanja organizacijske strukture s ciljem boljeg poslovanja i veće učinkovitosti poduzeća. Cilj rada je podatke usporedit s poslovanjem tvrtke „Mass“ na temelju teorije o Vođenju i upravljanju organizacijom. Upravo ljudski potencijali predstavljaju ključni faktor za uspješno poslovanje te postizanje održivog razvoja tvrtke u cijelosti. Velika je kompleksnost ljudskih odnosa koji u prodajnom sektoru igraju znatnu ulogu. No dobra organizacija, uhodani voditelji, tehnologija su nešto što tu „najslabiju kariku“ odnosa s kupcima može ublažiti.
Abstract (english)
Within the work, internal and external factors influencing organizational design will be studied, the organizational structure, its positive and negative aspects, as well as the possibility of changing or improving the organizational structure will be analyzed with the aim of better business performance and greater company efficiency. The purpose of this work is to compare the data with the company's "Mass" business on the basis of leadership and organization management theory. Human resources are a key factor for a successful business and achieving sustainable development of the company in its entirety. The complexity of human relations plays a significant role in the sales sector. But good organization, guided leaders, technology are something that this "weakest link" of customer relations can alleviate.
