Extreme team building, acceptable or unacceptable reality Business growth and development directly leads to increase of work load within the organization and number of employees required to perform new tasks. One of the challenges that growing businesses commonly face is how to coordinate employees’ work tasks. Modern organizations typically don’t consist of bosses and subordinates anymore; instead organizations are made out of teams. Main characteristics of good teams are co-operation, communication, motivation and, most importantly, performing various tasks for achieving common goals. Teamwork is considered the best way for organizing work tasks, as it allows faster adaptation to various challenging situations, commitment and loyalty among the team members and also improves communication and interpersonal relations among employees. Successful team work cannot be achieved in poor work conditions, poorly paid jobs, and unfairly distributed workloads. All those conditions lead to reduced quality of work, less security and trust among the team members and ultimately misunderstandings and conflicts in the team.
