Abstract
Špediterovo pravo uređuje odnose sudionika u špediciji, a važnost špediterovog prava prvenstveno se ogleda u kompleksnosti obuhvata poslova koje špediter obavlja. Temeljne značajke špediterovog prava se ogledaju u regulaciji odnosa svih stranaka tog posla, sa ciljem maksimalne eliminacije nejasnih elemenata pravnih aspekata koji uređuju špediterovo poslovanje, te sa ciljem boljeg pravnog okvira u transportu. Predmet diplomskog rada je istraživanje špedicije i poslova međunarodnog špeditera, istraživanje ugovora o špediciji, bitnih i nebitnih elemenata ugovora te istraživanje špediterovog prava općenito. Značajke špediterovog prava se ogledaju u sve detaljnijem reguliranju odnosa špediterovog posla te u linearnom porastu pravnih pravila koja slijede porast intenziteta globalizacije u svijetu.
Abstract (english)
Shipping law governs relations of the participants in the shipping business. The importance of the shipping law is primarily reflected in the complexity of the work that is performed by the forwarder in shipping business. This includes the fundamental features of forwarder law which are reflected in the regulation of the relationship of all parties that work, with the aim of maximum elimination of vague elements of the legal aspects governing the shipping business, and with the aim of enabling the simple transport with the legal side. The subject of the thesis is to investigate the affairs of the international shipping agent, to research the contract of shipping business, to investigate essential and irrelevant elements of contract and research of shipping agent law. The features of shipping law are reflected in all the detailed relationship work by law and in a linear increase of the legal rule that follows an increase in the intensity of globalisation in the world.
