Abstract
Ovaj rad obrađuje pravni aspekt organizacije sigurnosti plovidbe u Republici Hrvatskoj i na međunarodnoj razini. Služba sigurnosti plovidbe u Republici Hrvatskoj organizirana je kroz dvije vrste poslova: tehničko-stručne i upravne, odnosno, inspekcijske poslove. Prema Pomorskom zakoniku tehničko stručne poslove obavljaju posebne ustanove i organizacije, a najznačajnija javna ustanova je Hrvatski registar brodova. Upravne, odnosno, inspekcijske poslove sigurnosti plovidbe obavljaju djelatnici lučkih kapetanija. Zakonom o Obalnoj straži iz 2007. godine osnovana je Obalna straža radi učinkovitijeg nadzora i zaštite prava i interesa Republike Hrvatske na moru. Organizacija sigurnosti plovidbe na međunarodnoj razini regulirana je brojnim međunarodnim konvencijama i pravilnicima. U radu se daje prikaz ustrojstva i poslova svih službi koje obavljaju poslove iz područja sigurnosti plovidbe u Republici Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with organisations of maritime safety in Republic of Croatia. The safety service is organised through two categories: technical-professionally services and administration or inspection services. Croatian Register of Shipping is the most important public institution that deals with technical-professionally services according to The Maritime Code of Republic of Croatia. Employees of Harbour Master's office deals with administration or inspection services that are responsible for maritime safety. In the 2007. coastguard is founded because of needs of better and efficient supervision and safety of law and interests of Republic of Croatia. This paper gives an overview of the organization and activities of all the services that perform activities in the field of navigational safety in the Republic of Croatia.
