Abstract
U radu se daje sveobuhvatan prikaz pravnog statusa luka nautičkog turizma. Luka nautičkog turizma predstavlja poslovnu, građevinsku i prostornu cjelinu na području pomorskog dobra, koja djeluje kao turistički objekt u vidu zadovoljavanja usluga nautičkog turizma te ostalih usluga u sklopu turističke potrošnje. Luke nautičkog turizma u Republici Hrvatskoj razvrstavaju se na sidrišta, odlagališta plovnih objekata, suhe marine i marine. Djelatnosti u lukama nautičkog turizma mogu obavljati pravne ili fizičke osobe uz uvjet prethodnog ostvarenja prava na koncesiju.
Abstract (english)
This final thesis provides a comprehensive overview of the legal status of the ports of nautical tourism. The port of nautical tourism represents business, structural and spatial whole in the maritime domain which acts as a tourist facility in the form of meeting the nautical tourism services and other services within tourist expenditure. The ports of nautical tourism in the Republic of Croatia are classified as follows: anchorages, landfills vessels, dry marinas and marinas. Services in the ports of nautical tourism may be performed by legal or natural persons under the condition of previous realisation of concession.
