Abstract
U radu se prikazuje pravni status luka posebne namjene. Luka posebne namjene predstavlja morsku luku koja je u posebnoj upotrebi ili gospodarskom korištenju pravnih ili fizičkih osoba. Luke posebne namjene dijele se na luke nautičkog turizma, industrijske luke, brodogradilišne luke, sportske luke, ribarske luke i luke državnog tijela, odnosno vojne luke. Upravljanje lukom posebne namjene dodijeljeno je nositelju koncesije za luku posebne namjene i dostupne su samo onima koji se njima služe sukladno uvjetima koje propisuje davatelj koncesije.
Abstract (english)
This final thesis provides a overview of the legal status of special purpose ports. A special purpose port is a sea port that is in the special use or economic use of legal or natural persons. Special purpose ports are divided into nautical tourism ports, industrial ports, shipyard ports, sports ports, fishing ports and ports of the state body, i.e. military ports. The management of a special purpose port is assigned to the concession holder for a special purpose port and is available only to those who use them in accordance with the conditions prescribed by the concession grantor.
