Abstract
Unatoč naporima da se održi pozitivno i etičko radno okruženje, slučajevi devijantnog ponašanja među zaposlenicima i dalje predstavljaju značajan izazov. Devijantno ponašanje na radnom mjestu, uključuje radnje kao što su sabotaža, krađa i uznemiravanje. Rad istražuje višestruku prirodu devijantnog ponašanja, zadirući u uzroke, posljedice i potencijalne intervencije. Cilj rada je temeljito analizirati različite oblike devijantnosti na radnom mjestu, s naglaskom na njihovo značenje te kako devijantno ponašanje utječe na psihološku i emocionalnu dobrobit pojedinca, a samim time kako utječe i na organizaciju. Sprječavanje devijantnog ponašanja potiče pozitivno radno okruženje, poboljšava dobrobit zaposlenika i nudi strateške prednosti. Povećava ugled, privlači talente, zadržava vrijedne zaposlenike i uspostavlja organizacije kao predvodnike u održavanju poštovanja, inkluzivne kulture radnog mjesta.
Abstract (english)
Despite efforts to maintain a positive and ethical work environment, cases of deviant behavior among employees remain a significant challenge. Deviant behavior in the workplace includes actions such as sabotage, theft and harassment. The thesis explores the multiple nature of deviant behavior, delving into causes, consequences and potential interventions. The aim of the thesis is to thoroughly analyze the different forms of deviance in the workplace, with an emphasis on their meaning and how deviant behavior affects the psychological and emotional well-being of the individual, and thus how it affects the organization. Preventing deviant behavior fosters a positive work environment, improves employee well-being, and offers strategic advantages. It enhances reputation, attracts talent, retains valuable employees and establishes organizations as leaders in maintaining a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.
