Abstract
Pomorsko tržište temelji se na odnosu između ponude i potražnje za različitim vrstama brodova, uključujući teretne brodove, putničke brodove i druge specijalizirane brodove. Potražnja za prijevozom tereta ili putnika utječe na cijene najma brodova. Analiza ključnih čimbenika vrijednosti broda uključuje procjenu raznih aspekata koji određuju financijsku vrijednost plovila. Ključni čimbenici u određivanju vrijednosti broda uključuju: starost i stanje, tip broda, specifikacije i performanse, tržišnu potražnju, regulative i sigurnosne standarde, ekološke čimbenike te geopolitičke čimbenike. Ovi čimbenici mogu varirati ovisno o vrsti broda, tržištu i specifičnim zahtjevima. Analiza ovih ključnih čimbenika omogućava vlasnicima brodova, investitorima i osiguravateljima da donesu informirane odluke o vrijednosti i isplativosti brodskih investicija ili osiguranja.
Abstract (english)
The maritime market is based on the relationship between supply and demand for different types of vessels, including freight vessels, passenger vessels and other specialized vessels. The demand for freight or passenger transport affects the prices of vessel charters. The analysis of the key factors of a ship's value involves an assessment of the various aspects that determine the financial value of a vessel. These factors may vary depending on the type of vessel, the market, and the specific requirements. The key factors in determining the value of a ship include age and condition, type of ship, specifications and performance, market demand, regulatory and safety standards, environmental factors, and geopolitical factors. In order to ensure that vessel owners, investors and insurers are able to take informed decisions on the value and profitability of their investments or insurance, the analysis of these key factors should be carried out.
