Abstract
Osim osjećaja neugodnosti, dugotrajna izloženost buci ima nekoliko negativnih učinaka na zdravlje. Izloženost buci povezana je između ostalog s kardiovaskularnim bolestima, poremećajem spavanja i kognitivnim oštećenjem kod djece. Sluh je jedino osjetilo koje je uvijek otvoreno za osjete i koje se ne isključuje ni tijekom spavanja. U lukama su problemi sa bukom povezani s veličinom luke i aktivnostima koje se odvijaju unutar i na prilazu luci. Buka iz lučkih područja ne dolazi samo od brodova, već i od popratnih aktivnosti unutar luke. Analiza zagađenja bukom je složena zbog prisutnosti nekoliko vrsta izvora zvuka na istom području. U svrhu smanjenja izloženosti bukom provode se mapiranja buke te akcijski planovi za smanjenje buke koji se temelje na rezultatima mapiranja.
Abstract (english)
Long-term noise exposure is not only unpleasant, but also has several negative health effects. Noise exposure has been linked to cardiovascular disease, sleep disturbances, and cognitive impairment in children, among others. Hearing is the only sense that is always open to sensation and does not shut down even during sleep. In ports, noise problems are related to the size of the port and the activities that take place within and near the port. Noise in port areas comes not only from ships, but also from accompanying activities within the port. The analysis of noise pollution is complex due to the presence of several types of sound sources in the same area. In order to reduce noise pollution, noise mapping and action plans for noise reduction are carried out based on the mapping results.
