Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je istražiti ključne čimbenike i principe utjecaja motivacije na uspješnost sigurnosne kulture u organizacijama. U radu se obrađuju teme sigurnosti na radu, sigurnosne kulture u organizacijama, promicanja sigurnosti na radnom mjestu, psiholoških aspekata i motivacije prema sigurnosti na radu. Kao veći primjer jedne industrijske cjeline gdje sigurnost ima ključnu važnost, navodi se pomorska industrija, točnije sigurnost na brodu.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to explore the key factors and principles of motivation impact on safety culture performance in organizations. The paper deals with the topics of safety at work, safety culture in organizations, promotion of safety in the workplace, psychological aspects and motivation towards safety at work. As a larger example of an industrial complex where safety is of key importance, the maritime industry is mentioned, more precisely safety on board.
