Abstract
Smještena na jugu Jadranske obale između Dubrovnika i Splita kao dio Koridora 5c, Luka Ploče jedna je od glavnih hrvatskih strateških luka koja služi za prekrcaj, skladištelje i manipuliranje gotovo svih vrsta tereta u pomorskom svijetu. Nafta je itekako bitna za funkcioniranje svjetske ekonomije te je od velike važnosti da ima kontinuiranu, stabilnu i osiguranu isporuku prema tržištu. Kretanje cijena nafte na svjetskom tržištu utječe kako na brojne ekonomije tako i na pomorski promet i za pretpostaviti je da kretanje cijena nafte utječe i na promet Luke Ploče. Korelacijskom analizom prikazuje se kretanje količine prometa Luke Ploče u korelaciji sa cijenom nafte na svjetskom tržištu.
Abstract (english)
Located in the south of the Adriatic coast between Dubrovnik and Split as part of Corridor 5c, the Port of Ploče is one of the main Croatian strategic ports that serves for transhipment, storage and handling of almost all types of cargo in the maritime world. Oil is very important for the functioning of the world economy and it is of great importance that it has a continuous, stable and secure supply to the market. The movement of oil prices on the world market affects both many economies and maritime transport, and it can be assumed that the movement of oil prices also affects the traffic of the Port of Ploče. The correlation analysis shows the movement of the volume of traffic of the Port of Ploče in correlation with the price of oil on the world market.
