Abstract
Nautički turizam je multifunkcionalna turistička djelatnost koja danas predstavlja jedan od ekspanzivnijih i profitabilnijih oblika turističkog prometa. Veliki porast nautičkoturističke potražnje u Hrvatskoj dovodi do povećane izgradnje luke nautičkog turizma s ciljem širenja ponude i ostvarivanja boljih poslovnih rezultata. Tržište marina i rekreacijske plovidbe značajno utječe na razvoj sektora nautičkog turizma. Zbog sve veće potražnje za uslugama veza i iznajmljivanja plovila, te ostalih usluga u nautičkom turizmu, ovaj se oblik turizma značajno širi i razvija. Međutim, turisti nautičari iskazuju sve veće zahtjeve za kvalitetnijom ponudom koja opravdava visoku razinu cijena koje su prisutne u hrvatskim marinama. U radu se istražuju usluge i cijene skupine marina u Hrvatskoj s ciljem identificiranja razlike između ponude promatranih konkurenata. Ponuđene usluge i sadržaji promatranih marina u Republici Hrvatskoj relativno su slični, pri čemu su cijene usluga najveće su za vrijeme vrha turističke sezone.
Abstract (english)
Nautical tourism is a multifunctional tourist activity that today is one of the most expansive and interesting forms of tourist traffic. The great expansion of this form of tourism leads to the construction of special infrastructure facilities such as such as nautical tourism ports with the aim of expanding offer and achieving better business results. The market of marinas and recreational navigation significantly influences the development of nautical tourism. Due to the growing demand for vessels and interest in this form of tourism, the offer is expanding. Some marinas are open all year round and some only during the summer tourist season. The services offered by the more popular marinas in the Republic of Croatia do not differ significantly, and the prices of services are highest during the summer tourist season and vary at each marina. It will be investigated to what extent the quality and degree of service dictates the price.
