Abstract
Obrada slike i matematička morfologija postaju sve važniji zbog široke upotrebe digitalne multimedije, uključujući automatsko otkrivanje i pregled slika te prepoznavanje objekata. U svrhu pregleda slike i prepoznavanja uzoraka, slike se transformiraju u oblike bolje i pogodnije za analizu. U radu se opisuju temeljni morfološki filtri, njihova povezanost s matematičkom morfologijom kao i sama primjena filtara. Cilj rada je približiti mogućnosti digitalne obrade slika kao i implikacije te obrade u svrhu poboljšanja danas sve češće korištenih sustava čija je primjena raširena u svim granama znanosti pa tako i u pomorstvu.
Abstract (english)
Image processing and mathematical morphology are becoming increasingly important because of the widespread use of digital multimedia, including automatic detection and image viewing and object recognition. In order to review the image and pattern recognition, image is transformed into better shape and better suited for analysis. This thesis describes the basic morphological filters, their connection with mathematical morphology and the very application of filters. The aim is to approach the possibilities of digital image processing as well as the implications of this process in order to improve now increasingly used system whose application is widespread in all branches of science and thus in maritime.
