Abstract
U ovom radu, korištenjem tehnologije 3D ispisa, izrađeni su uzorci različitih parametara od PLA i ABS plastike te je ispitana njihova električna permitivnost. Cilj je dokazati da navedeni materijali imaju svojstva izolatora koji bi se mogli koristiti kao rezervni dijelovi u brodskom energetskom sustavu. Korištena je metoda paralelnih ploča za mjerenje kapaciteta uzoraka te je izračunata vrijednost električne permitivnosti te je grafički prikazana u ovisnosti o gustoći ispune uzoraka i rezutati su uspoređeni s drugim znanstvenim radovima. 3D ispis rezervnih dijelova na brodu bi znatno pojeftinio i pojednostavnio proces zamjene određenih elemenata brodskog energetskog sustava ukoliko je dostupan materijal čija dielektrična svojstva odgovaraju zahtjevu brodske energetske mreže.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the permittivity properties of PLA and ABS printed samples, which have been printed with 3D printing technology. The goal is to prove that the listed materials have the properties of insulating materials that can be used in printing spare parts for the vessel's electrical system. The parallel plate method has been used for measuring the capacity of the printed samples and permittivity is graphically shown depending on the percentage of infill used in the samples thus the results were compared with other scientific work. 3D printing of spare parts onboard vessels would sufficiently make the process of replacing certain elements of the vessel's electrical system more affordable and much simpler if there is a material, which possess appropriate dielectric properties onboard.
