Abstract
Pomorsko dobro je svakome dopušteno na korištenje prema njegovoj prirodi i namjeni. Pomorsko dobro čine unutarnje morske vode i teritorijalno more, njihovo dno i podzemlje, te dio kopna koji je po svojoj prirodi namijenjen općoj upotrebi ili je proglašen takvim, kao i sve što je s tim dijelom kopna trajno spojeno na površini ili ispod nje. Nitko ne moţe imati vlasništvo nad dijelovima pomorskog dobra, ali drţava dodjeljuje koncesije za upravljanje pomorskim dobrom. Vaţan dio pomorskog dobra čine luke, pa time i luke nautičkog turizma. Nautički turizam sve više dobiva na vaţnosti turističke kao i pomorske djelatnosti, a sigurnost plovila i zaštita morskog okoliša od vaţnosti je za obavljanje uspješne djelatnosti, kao i za odrţavanje kvalitete luka nautičkog turizma što uključuje njihove ureĎaje i opremu. Svaka luka nautičkog turizma donosi pravilnik o redu u marini kako ne bi došlo do štetnih posljedica za samu luku nautičkog turizma, plovila koja borave u njoj ili za morski okoliš.
Abstract (english)
Everyone is allowed to use the maritime property according to its nature and purpose. Maritime property consists of internal sea waters and territorial sea, their bottom and subsoil, and the part of the land that by its nature is intended for general use or is declared as such, as well as everything that is permanently connected to that part of the land or below. No one can own parts of the maritime domain, but the state grants concessions to manage the maritime domain. An important part of the maritime domain is ports, and thus nautical tourism ports. Nautical tourism is increasingly gaining in the importance of tourism as well as maritime activities, and the safety of vessels and the protection of the marine environment is important for the performance of successful activities as well as to maintain the quality of nautical tourism ports which includes their devices and equipment. Each nautical tourism port shall issue an ordinance on the order in the marina in order to avoid harmful consequences for the nautical tourism port itself, the vessels staying in it or for the marine environment.
