Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu prikazana je energijska i eksergijska analiza brodskog parnoturbinskog postrojenja na tankeru za prijevoz ukapljenog plina. U provedenoj analizi Rankineovog regenerativnog ciklusa predstavljene su sljedeće komponente: glavna pogonska turbina, turbogeneratori, glavna napojna pumpa i pogonska pumpa turbine pumpe, generator pare, glavni kondenzator, evaporator, kondenzator brtvene pare, niskotlačni i visokotlačni zagrijač napojne vode, otplinjač, zagrijač zraka te mlaki zdenac. S obzirom da energijska analiza pojedinih komponenti, ali i samog postrojenja ne daje potpunu sliku, ponekad se stječe pogrešan dojam izvora gubitaka jer energijska analiza ne sagledava kvalitetu energije. S druge strane, eksergijska analiza je ta koja daje potpunu sliku učinkovitosti i gubitaka sastavnih komponenti i cijelog postrojenja. Stoga, cilj rada je ukazati na to koja je od navedenih analiza detaljnija, tj.podrobnija i koja doista otkriva prave gubitke te moguća rješenja istih.
Abstract (english)
This thesis presents the energy and exergy analysis of a ship's steam-turbine plant on a liquefied gas tanker. The following components of the Rankine regeneration cycle analysis are presented: main drive turbine, turbogenerators, main power pump and turbine pump drive, steam generator, main condenser, evaporator, sealing steam condenser, low pressure and high pressure feedwater heater, degasser, air heater and lukewarm well. Since the energy analysis of individual components, but also of the plant itself does not give a complete picture, sometimes it gives the wrong impression of a source of losses because energy analysis does not look at the quality of energy. On the other hand, exergy analysis is the one that gives a complete picture of the efficiency and losses of the components and the entire plant. Therefore, the aim of the paper is to point out which of the above analyzes is more detailed, ie. more detailed and which really reveals the real losses and the possible solutions to them.
