Abstract
Uslijed velike gustoće prometa u Kaštelanskom zaljevu povećava se rizik od dogaĎanja pomorske nezgode i onečišćenja okoliša. Kako bi se smanjila šteta ukoliko se dogodi pomorska nezgoda i uljno onečišćenje, izuzetno je vaţno poznavati odreĎene podatke o tome kako će se uljni izljev ponašati na površini mora. U ovom radu analizirano je ponašanje ulja na površini mora unutar 24 sata, te efikasnost brane za otvoreno more u suzbijanju uljnog onečišćenja. Cilj ovoga rada jest stvoriti računalnu simulaciju koja će u slučaju stvarne pomorske nezgode i uljnog onečišćenja, posluţiti kao izvor podataka u rješavanju problema.
Abstract (english)
Due to the high traffic density in the Kaštela Gulf, the risk of marine accidents and environmental pollution has increased. In order to minimize damage if marine accidents and oil pollution occur, it is extremely important to know certain information about how oil spills will behave on the surface of the sea. In this paper, behaviour of surface oil spill was analyzed within 24 hours, and also the the efficiency of the open water boom in combating oil spill. The aim of this paper is to create a computer simulation that will serve as a source of data in problem solving in case of actual maritime accidents and oil pollution.
