Abstract
U ovom radu opisuju se vrste i organizacija jedriličarskih natjecanja. Ljudska želja i potreba za napredovanjem stvorila je svijet u kojem se sport ne gleda samo kao nešto opuštajuće, pa tako netko u jedrenju vidi ekstremni sport u kojem se testira vlastita izdržljivost. Organizacija jedriličarskih natjecanja je kompleksan proces koji zahtjeva veliki broj ljudi, truda te bogato iskustvo organizatora. Svjetska jedriličarska organizacija zadužena je za promociju jedrenja i jedriličarskih natjecanja kao sporta. Svrha ovog rada je pojasniti vrste regata te omogućiti lakšu organizaciju regate uz sve navedene postupke.
Abstract (english)
This final work describes the types and organization of sailing competitions. Human needs and desires has created the world in which sport is not just something relaxing, so someone in sailing sees an extreme sport in which they can test there own endurance Organization of sailing competitions is a complex process that requires a large number of people, effort and rich experience of organizers. The World Sailing Organization is responsible for promoting sailing and sailing competitions as a sport. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the types of regattas and to facilitate the organization of the regatta with all the above procedures.
