Abstract
Stalni rast cijena nafte te iscrpljivanje površinskih izvora dovelo je do potrage za naftom. Prvo u plitkim priobalnim morima, a zatim na sve većoj udaljenosti od obale i na sve većim dubinama. Naftne tvrtke bile su suočene s izazovom crpljenja nafte iz podvodnih izvora na velikim dubinama i dovođenje iste na površinu što je dovelo do razvoja različitih vrsta platformi i sustava za njihovo učvršćivanje. U ovom radu opisan je način rada pojedinih vrsta platformi, navedene su različite vrste sidara i opreme za osiguravanje platformi te njihova upotreba ovisno o čimbenicima poput dubine, veličine naftnog polja te blizine obale. Cilj ovog rada je na jednom mjestu sažeti povijesni razvoj platformi, navesti opremu koja se koristi kod sidrenja platformi te opisati postupke posade i rukovanje opremom kod sidrenja platformi. Rukovanje sidrima i tegljenje platformi na odredište obavlja se brodovima posebne namjene tzv. brodovima za tegljenje i opskrbu bušaćih platformi te za rad sa sidrima platformi (engl. Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessel).
Abstract (english)
The growth of oil prices and exhaustion of surface wells had lead to the search for oil wells firstly in shallow, coastal waters and then further offshore and in greater depths. The oil companies, faced with the challenge of extracting the oil from deep water wells and bringing it to the surface, had developed different types of oil rigs and their mooring systems. In this paper it is explained how do certain types of oil rigs work, different types of anchors are mentioned as is equipment used for fixing the rig and use of that equipment based on factors such as depth, size of the oil field and vicinity of the shore. The objective of this paper is to summarize development of oil rigs, list equipment used for rig anchoring and describe crew actions and equipment handling during rig anchoring. Anchor handling and rig towing is done by specialized vessels called Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels or AHTS.
