Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je opisati osnovne podjele regatnih plovila. U prvom poglavlju rada opisani su osnovni tipovi regata dok su u drugom poglavlju analizirani tipovi regatnih plovila. Dva osnovna tipa regata su navigacijske te regate u zadanom regatnom polju. Navigacijske regate primjerenije su većim flotama rekreativnih jedriličara dok se za vrhunska sportska natjecanja poput olimpijskih igara i svjetskih prvenstava primjenjuju regatna polja tipa privjetrina-zavjetrina. Sustav natjecanja koji gotovo u potpunosti omogućava svim jedriličarima identične tehničke uvjete jest jedrenje u pojedinoj jedriličarskoj klasi. Tipovi regatnih plovila bilo da su kategorizirani kao „klasa“ ili „open“ plovila razlikuju se ovisno o vrsti natjecanja za koja su specijalizirana. Prema konstrukciji regatna plovila mogu se podijeliti na „dinghy“, jednotrupac, višetrupac i daska.
Abstract (english)
The objective of this paper work was to describe the basic division of racing sailboats. In the first chapter of this paper work, the basic types of regattas are described, while the second chapter analyzes the types of racing sailboats. Two basic types of regattas are navigational and regatta in default field. Navigational regatta are more suitable for larger fleets of recreational sailors while the top sports competiton such as Olympics games and World championships the default regatta field is applied. The competition system that almost completely allows all sailors indetical techical conditions are sailing in particular sailing class. The types of racing sailboats, whether categorized as „class“ or „open“ sailboats differ depending on the type of competition they are specialized for. According to the design, racing sailboats can be divided to dinghy, monohull, multihull and boards.
