Abstract
Zbog dodatnih pooštravanja propisa koji se odnose na ograničavanje emisije štetnih ispušnih plinova brodskih sporokretnih dvotaktnih Diesel motora postoji nužnost istraživanja motora u fazi projektiranja te predstavlja ključan korak u proizvodnji motora i postizanju željenih zahtjeva, stoga se provode intenzivna istraživanja za poboljšanje procesa izgaranja, postizanje željenih performansi i dozvoljenih razina štetnih ispušnih plinova. Višezonski model izgaranja posebno je razvijen model izgaranja koji se koristi za predviđanje karakteristika izgaranja kod Diesel motora s direktnim ubrizgavanjem te je u ovom radu primijenjen na brodski sporokretni dvotaktni Diesel motor. Pri proračunu u računalnom programu Boost izračunavaju se procesi promjene stanja i sastava plina u svim dijelovima motora. Proračunski model razmatranog motora vrši jednodimenzionalne proračune koji su daleko točniji od dosadašnjeg pristupa 0-dimenzijskih modela. Izvršena je kalibracija i validacija modela s dobivenim rezultatima ispitivanja motora pri 75 % opterećenja te je izvršena analiza utjecajnih parametara i optimizacija motora.
Abstract (english)
Due to the more stringent regulations regarding the limitation of emissions of harmful exhaust gases from marine slow speed two stroke Diesel engines, there is a need for engine research at the design stage and it is a key step in engine production and achievement of desired requirements, so intensive research is carried out to improve combustion processes, achieve desired performance and permissible levels of harmful exhaust gases. The Multi-zone combustion model is a specially developed combustion model that is used for the prediction of the combustion characteristics of a direct injection Diesel engine and it is applied in this paper on a marine slow speed two stroke Diesel engine. Calculation model of the engine considered performs one-dimensional calculations that are far more accurate than the existing approach of 0-dimensional models. The calibration and validation of the model with the results of the 75 % load test was carried out, and an analysis of the influence parameters and engine optimization was carried out.
