Abstract
U radu se istražuje uloga i obilježja morskih luka te njihov razvoj kroz brojna karakteristična razdoblja. Morske luke i brodarstvo su se usporedno razvijali stoga su neodvojive komponente. Za pomorstvo se može reći da predstavlja kompleksan sustav koji obuhvaća djelatnosti različitih tehničko-tehnoloških, ekonomskih i pravnih odrednica. Ideja ovog rada je opisati morske luke i infrastrukturu te na temelju prikupljenih podataka objasniti njihov utjecaj na cjelokupno gospodarstvo.
Abstract (english)
This project looks into the roles and characteristics of ports as well as their development throughout various significant milestones. Because of their co-dependent nature, ports and shipping evolved side by side and have grown as inseparable components. We could say with much certainty that the nautical industry exists as a complex system; encompassing different technical, technological, economic, and legal sectors. By researching the ports and their infrastructure, this project aims to analyze the collected data and outline its effects on the economy as a whole.
