Abstract
U radu se istražuju mogućnosti primjene društvene odgovornosti i zaštite okoliša u menadžmentu marina na reprezentativnom uzorku marina u Republici Hrvatskoj. Koristeći se sekundarnim podacima dobivenih istraživanjem provedena je analiza društvene odgovornosti hrvatskih marina. Zaštita morskog okoliša ali i ljudskih resursa kao glavnih resursa u nautičkom turizmu predstavljaju jedan od najvećih izazova u menadžmentu i poslovanju marina. Glavni cilj rada je ispitati razinu društvene odgovornosti i zaštite okoliša, te ukazati na važnost istraživanja ove problematike u nautičkom turizmu i menadžmentu marina.
Abstract (english)
The paper explores the possibilities of applying social responsibility and environmental protection in the management of marinas on a representative sample of marinas in the Republic of Croatia. Using the secondary data obtained from the research, an analysis of the social responsibility of Croatian marinas was carried out. The protection of the marine environment and human resources as the main resource in nautical tourism is one of the biggest challenges in marina operation and management. The main aim of the paper is to examine the level of social responsibility and environmental protection, and to point out the importance of conducting research related to the described issues in nautical tourism and marine management.
