Abstract
Tema rada je metodika praktične obuke apneaša. Ronjenje na dah, odnosno apneja je još od pamtivjeka najraširenije tehnika ronjenja. Apneja, zbog fizioloških specifičnosti nije bezopasna sportsko – rekreacijska disciplina, jer nekritična primjena može ugorziti život i sigurnost ronioca. U današnje vrijeme koristeći opremu (disalicu, odijelo, dubinomjer, termometar, masku) ili bez opreme rone milijuni ljudi. Obuka ronjenja u apnei praktično se provodi u sklopu ronilačke izobrazbe u registriranim ronilačkim klubovima i školama i na fakultetima.
Abstract (english)
The topic of work is the method of practical apnea training. Diving on breath or apnea has been the most widely used diving technique ever since. Apnea, because of its physiological specificity, is not a harmless sport - recreational discipline, because non - critical application can jump the diver 's life and safety. Nowadays, using equipment (disassembly, suit, depth gauge, thermometer, mask) or without equipment drifting millions of people. Diving diving training is practically carried out as part of diving training in registered diving clubs and schools and at faculties.
