Abstract
Otpremnik je poseban institut bez kojega je nezamislivo obavljanje raznih poslova kojima je cilj izvršenje organizacije prijevoza robe. U radu se daje prikaz poslova međunarodnog otpremnika te pravni okvir u kojemu se oni odvijaju. Skupinu osnovnih otpremničkih poslova čine oni koje on redovito obavlja pri organiziranju otpreme, dopreme i provoza robe i bez kojih se ne može zamisliti funkcioniranje sustava međunarodne razmjene i međunarodnog prometa. Najvažniji poslovi međunarodnog otpremnika su: instradacija - najsloženiji, najodgovorniji i najvažniji osnovni posao, zaključivanje ugovora o prijevozu robe koje je presudno za izvršenje otpremnikovog zadatka, zaključivanje ugovora o transportnom osiguranju, pribavljanje prijevoznih usluga, informiranje nalogodavca itd.
Abstract (english)
A freight forwarder is a special institute without which it is unthinkable to carry out various tasks aimed at the organization of the transport of goods. This paper presents the work of an international forwarder and the legal framework in which they are doing. A group of basic freight forwarders jobs are those who he regularly carries out in the organization of shipments, deliveries and transit of goods, and without which the international exchange and international traffic system can not be imagined. The most important international freight forwarders jobs are: routing - the most complex, most responsible and most important basic job, the conclusion of a contract for the carriage of goods that is crucial to the implementation of a freight forwarder task, the conclusion of a transport insurance contract, provision of transport services, informing the customer etc.
