Abstract
Cilj ovoga rada je približavanje pojmova optimizma i pesimizma. Zadatak je bio doznati odakle potjeću te osobine, njihova genetska predispozicija, te njihova uloga u životu pojednca. Nakon što se uvedemo u osnove ovih osobina dozati ćemo o njihovim razlikama, vrstama i znansvenim metodama određivanja optimizma i pesimizma. Konačno, nakraju se bavimo istraživanjem kako ove osobine utjeću na zdravlje ljudi, motivaciju i stres na radnome mjestu.
Abstract (english)
The main purpose of this work is approaching therms o optimism and pessimism. The taask was to investigate where do these features come from, what s their genetical predisposition and their role in a persons life. Once we are introduced to the basics of these features we will be learning of their differences, different types and scietific methods od determineing optimism and pessimism. At finally we investigate on how these caracteristics affect persons health, motivation and stress at work.
