Abstract
U ovom završnom radu prikazana je ponuda nautičkog turizma kroz prostorne i strukturne aspekte koji čine osnovu samog razvoja nautičkog turizma, te funkcija marketinga na primjeru strateške orijentacije koja predstavlja pokretač razvoja hrvatskog nautičkog turizma. Stratešku orijentaciju sačinjava analiza tržišta, strateško planiranje, te određivanje misije, vizije i ciljeva razvoja kako bi se sva ponuda orijentirala prema pravcu koji donosi prihode, a u isto vrijeme održava okoliš i resurse za buduće naraštaje. Svrha ovog rada je prikazati usku povezanost dobro razrađenog strateškog plana s razvojem nautičkog turizma na primjeru hrvatskog nautičkog turizma.
Abstract (english)
This final paper presents the offer of nautical tourism through spatial and structural aspects that form the basis of the nautical tourism development itself, as well as marketing functions such as strategic orientation which is the initiator of the development of Croatian nautical tourism. Strategic orientation includes market analysis, planning and assignment of the mission, vision and development goals to make the offer orientated towards the direction of revenue, while maintaining the environment and resources for future generations. The purpose of this paper is to show the close link between a well-developed strategic plan and the development of nautical tourism on the example of Croatian nautical tourism.
