Abstract
Pomorski promet je najvažnija pomorska djelatnost koja omogućuje globalno gospodarsko povezivanje. Ono označava prijevoz putnika, njihove prtljage i vozila od luke ukrcaja do luke iskrcaja. Pomorski promet obuhvaća specijalizirani prijevoz putnika morem koristeći se posebnim brodovima. Jedan od najbitnijih elemenata putničkog prometa je udobnost i sigurnost putnika. Kružna putovanja od velikog su značaja za Hrvatsku zato što povezuju otoke te tako omogućuju bolji život ljudi na otocima. Kako bi putnički promet u Hrvatskoj bio od značaja potrebno je poboljšati infrastrukturu zaostalih luka te omogućiti bolju povezanost luke sa ostalim prometnim granama.
Abstract (english)
Maritime transport is the most important maritime activity that enables global economic interconnection. It means the carriage of passengers, their luggage and vehicles from the port of embarkation to the port of disembarkation. Maritime traffic includes specialized passenger transport by sea using special ships. One of the most important elements of passenger traffic is comfort and safety. Cruise is of great importance to Croatia because it connects the islands and thus enables a better life for people on the islands. In order to make travel in Croatia important, it is necessary to improve the infrastructure of the remaining ports and to facilitate the connection of ports with other transport branches.
