Abstract
Ronjenje na dah je jedna je od brojnih disciplina koje se vrše ispod vode, a da se pritom dah zadržava s ciljem što dužeg ostanka pod vodom. To je jedna od najstarijih i najraširenijih disciplina koja postoji od kad je i čovjeka. Ronjenje na dah kao natjecateljska disciplina javlja se već 50-ih godina 20. stoljeća i od tada se nastavlja razvijati diljem svijeta, te postaje sve popularnija među ljubiteljima adrenalinskog sport i zaljubljenicima u vodene dubine. Preduvjeti za ronjenje na dah su dobro poznavanje plivanja, plivanja s perajama opreme za plivanje, te pravilnih tehnika disanja i kapaciteta vlastitog tijela. Vodene dubine različito utječu na ljudski organizam što u nekim slučajevima vodi do kobnih posljedica zbog čega je potrebno svakodnevno vršiti istraživanja kako bi se opasnosti svele na minimum. U ovom radu prije svega će se pojasnit pojam ronjenja na dah, te osnovni pojmovi vezani uz ronjenje. Također će se prikazati što ronjenje na dah znači u svijetu sporta kao jedna od vodenih disciplina.
Abstract (english)
Freediving is one of the many underwater disciplines with the ability to hold breath as long as possible. It is one of the oldest and most common disciplines that exists since the beginning of mankind. Freediving as a competitive discipline appeared in the 1950s and has started developing worldwide and is becoming more and more popular among fans of adrenaline sports deep water aficionados. There is a few preconditions for freediving, such as good swimming skills without fins and with fins, knowledge of diving equipment, proper breathing techniques and the capacity of your own body. Water depth have different impact on human organism, which in same cases lead to fatal consequences, which is why daily research is needes to minimize dangers. In this paper, first of all, the concept of freediving will be clarified, and the basic concepts related to diving. It will also show the meaning of diving in the world of sport competitions as one of water disciplines.
