Abstract
Cilj rada je opisati i istražiti koncept društveno odgovornog poslovanja poduzeća kao i mogućnosti njegovog integriranja u organizacijsku strategiju. Putem društvene odgovornosti prati se utjecaj poslovnih aktivnosti različitih organizacija na cjelokupno društvo. Svako poduzeće bi trebalo imati obvezu donošenja odluka koje se temelje, ne samo na profitu, nego i na održivosti njegova razvoja, ali i na poštivanju ljudskih prava i zaštiti okoliša. Stoga, društveno odgovorno poslovanje potrebno je integrirati u organizacijsku strategiju i strateški menadžment. U radu se istražuje društvena odgovornost i strateška orijentacija na primjeru nekoliko marina na području Mediterana i Republike Hrvatske.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the paper is to describe and explore the concept of corporate social responsibility as well as the possibility of its integration into the organizational strategy. Through social responsibility, the impact of business activities of different organizations on the entire society is monitored. Every company should have a commitment to make decisions based not only on profit but also on the sustainability of its development, but also on respect for human rights and environmental protection. Therefore, socially responsible business needs to be integrated into organizational strategy and strategic management. The paper examines social responsibility and strategic orientation on the example of several marinas in the Mediterranean and Republic of Croatia.
