Abstract
Modernizacija poslovnih prostora i eksponencijalni rast tehnologije potiče firme i obrte, kako male tako i velike da makinalno automatiziraju te time ubrzaju poslovni proces. Zbog toga dolazi do velike potrebe za raznim voditeljima procesa koji su u stanju ne samo automatizirati već se i prilagođavati potrebama tržišta. U ovom radu se opisuju i uspoređuju dva takva voditelja procesa izrađena u dvjema različitim tehnologijama sa ciljem upravljanja poslovnog procesa i analiziranjem njihovog rada kao i pojedinih tehnologija. Dok je jedan izveden isključivo u hardverskoj min-max tehnologiji drugi je izveden isključivo kao neuronska mreža.
Abstract (english)
Modernization of office space and exponencial growth of technology encourages companies, both small and large to automate much of their work process and thus speed up business processes as a whole. Therefore, there is a great need for the various artificial process managers who are able to not only automate but also to adapt to market needs. In this paper we describe and compare two such agents developed in two different technologies with goals of managing business processes and analyzing their work as well as specific technologies. While one carried out exclusively in hardware min-max technology, the other is designed exclusively as a neural network.
