Abstract
U ovom završnom radu razrađujemo temu uspješnosti poslovanja marina i nautičkih luka u RH. Kroz petogodišnje razdoblje seciramo uspješnost poslovanja nautičkih luka u RH kroz konkretne brojke (broj vezova na kopnu i moru, ukupni prihodi, prihodi od iznajmljivanja vezova, itd.). Nadalje, marketing je jedna od ključnih grana za uspješno poslovanje nautičkih luka i sukladno tome pojasnili smo ulogu marketing mix-a (dizajniranje nautičko-turističkog proizvoda, određivanje cijena, distribucija nautičko-turističkog proizvoda i promocija nautičko-turističkog proizvoda) za uspješan marketinški aspekt. Zatim smo opisali strategiju razvoja nautičkog turizma RH, viziju i misiju nautičkog turizma, jasne strateške ciljeve, te što se u budućnosti može bolje činiti na tom planu. Na samom kraju napravili smo SWOT analizu prednosti, nedostataka, prilika i prijetnji hrvatskog nautičkog turizma.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, we elaborate on the topic of business success of marinas and nautical ports in the Republic of Croatia. Over a five-year period, we dissect the performance of nautical ports int he Republic of Croatia through specific figures (number of berths on land and sea, total revenue, revenue from renting berths, etc.). Furthermore, marketing is one of the key branches for the successful operation of nautical ports, and accordingly we have clarified the role of the marketing mix (designing a nautical-tourism product, pricing, distribution of a nautical-tourism product and promotion of a nautical-tourism product) for a successful marketing aspect. Then we described the strategy for the development of nautical tourism in the Republic of Croatia, the vision and mission of nautical tourism, clear strategic goals, and what can be done better in this regard in the future. At the very end, we made a SWOT analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Croatian nautical tourism.
